What STEALIO collects, why, and what we do with it. Written to describe how STEALIO actually works today.

This policy covers the STEALIO website and app. STEALIO is an early-stage product and is not currently operated by an incorporated company. Where this policy says "we", it means the people running STEALIO.
You can browse STEALIO without an account. If you create one, we store your email address and the authentication records needed to sign you in.
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information from Google such as your email address. We do not receive your Google password.
We store the deals you save, the Radars you create, the categories you choose, your score threshold, notification preferences and appearance choice, so the app can work the way you set it up.
We record limited product-usage events — for example that a deal was shown, opened, saved or shared — so we can understand which deals are useful. These events are used in aggregate to improve STEALIO and never change a STEALIO Score. We do not sell this data.
STEALIO uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences you set before creating an account, such as your categories, score threshold and light/dark choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
STEALIO runs on third-party infrastructure. Our hosting and application platform is provided by Lovable, and our database, authentication and storage are provided by Supabase. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf so the service can run.
When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave STEALIO and the retailer's own privacy practices apply. We do not control what a retailer collects.
We process technical data such as request logs and authentication records to operate STEALIO, prevent abuse and debug problems. Staff tooling is restricted to authorized staff accounts and enforced on the server.
We keep account data for as long as your account exists, and we keep operational records only as long as they are useful for running and securing the service. If you want your account and its data deleted, contact us and we will remove it.
STEALIO is not directed at children and is intended for adult shoppers.
As STEALIO adds functionality this policy will change. When it does, we update the date shown at the top of this page.
